In implementation of the University President’s decision to assign the University’s six goals—as defined in the 2024–2030 Strategic Plan—to their respective owners, a meeting was held on Sunday morning, October 4, 2026, in the National Unity Hall. The meeting was attended by Ms. Asmaa Al-Zughaibi, Director of the Planning Department, and Prof. Dr. Reda Al-Oukali, Director of the Research and Consultation Center, in light of Decision No. 38/2026.
This preliminary meeting was conducted with the owner of Goal No. 02: Developing Research and Consultation and Enhancing Knowledge Capital. The session aimed to discuss the role of the goal owner and the working methodology, paving the way to identify target/objective owners and the key parties involved in reviewing and developing each specific objective.
